A Brave New World
"What I envision is a world in which people are helping each other. We desperately need a planet with far more healthy people. When people are healthy, they can take care of others. They can take care of the planet’s resources. They can bring love, hope, and compassion to others.
Biohacking is a way people can become healthier. As we heal from illness and work to improve the condition of our bodies, we ultimately improve the condition of the whole planet. When we embrace this vision of possibility, we have a greater sense of purpose.
Illness is a continuum. It’s an acceleration of our body’s state of depletion. What’s happening in our bodies shows us what is happening on a planetary level. Our bodies are inundated with too many toxins and chemicals that are stressing the immune system. We must make a change.
We need to make a commitment to creating a world that supports our human biology and our planet’s ecology. Biohacking is a way to improve our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. It is a way to take back control of our own well-being and that of our greater society. This is our future."
“Life expects something of you, and it is up to every individual to discover what it should be”
